General Admission covers the cost of entry to the convention.  It does not cover cost of meals, hotel, airfare, or special events.

No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.
Photo I.D. required at check-in.

** The Author Rate INCLUDES the Readers’ Crown® Awards Sunday Author Brunch. Author registration closes May 15, 2011.
RomCon® reserves the right to regretfully decline an author’s application if we feel the author’s work does not appeal to our core fan base of female readers, or if we need to maintain balance between the four fictional “Worlds.”

Cancellation & Transfer Policy: 
Cancellations made prior to May 1, 2011:  $25 fee
Cancellations made between June 1-July 5, 2011: 50% fee
NO Refunds will be issued after July 5, 2011. No exceptions.
You may transfer your registration to a friend until July 5, 2011 for a $25 processing fee.  Contact the registration staff if you need to cancel or transfer your registration.
